I thought she maybe would end up painting a new space and staring happily at the new paint on the walls or something, idk.)
LOVING ANNABELLE 2 FULL MOVIE MOVIE
(I have seen this movie before but couldn’t for the life of me remember the ending. In Gray Matters her name is Julia and she just met Gray in a gay bar! Score! *patting myself on the back for calling it based on the cues
Yass!!!! I was right about Milah! They were hinting at her as a love interest for Gray. ouat loving annabelle swan queen tw sexual abuse suicide depression
Which I guess is why it’s attached to him for most of the show. While I’d say that a lot of LGBTQ+ youth cope with darkness in the form of depression, a lot of the time because of their sexual orientation and the internal and external struggles as a result of it, in Regina’s case I’d say Rumple was the source of hers. And we also see his advances, both on a young, terrified version of her and an older, annoyed version. On OUAT we see Rumple boast about having successfully controlled Regina. (Since it’s also common knowledge that abuse victims often repeat their abuse through becoming victimizers/abusers.) Fully aware the predator the outside world will already see her as, on a personal level it could also feel to her as having turned into her aunt. But it does raise some questions about when she was much younger and a student at that school. What’s also sad is that if this is true this could be another part of the reason as to why Simone doesn’t want to give in to a relationship with Annabelle. Then later you get Simone looking distinctly uncomfortable in her presence as the aunt in her drunkenness seems to start some sexual advances toward her that Simone stops in their tracks. Simone’s aunt and former teacher (and head of the Catholic school she works at) talks of succeeding in controlling her. There is also the what I think and have always thought is implied (sexual) abuse by a teacher and family member in one in “Loving Annabelle”. Regina is also the one literally caught in darkness that almost kills her until she’s saved by Emma. In both Tink and Zelena’s cases it’s seemingly their first meeting. On top of that, when Tink, Robin and Zelena find Regina separately she happens to be in the middle of a suicide attempt. Which also brings me to OUAT’s Lily who also happens to talk of darkness that gets brighter whenever Emma’s around. I would say that is a description of depression. Simone’s first love ends up killing herself because, as she says, while she’s tried to find happiness darkness always seems to find her. At least I would say that it deals with depression described as “darkness”. Trigger Warning: Sexual Abuse, Depression and Suicide.įor instance, “Loving Annabelle” deals with depression and suicide. Thank god there weren't any crazy camera angles, I mean lesbians have sex!! so thank you Katherine Brooks for not showing just a hand run up and down a body.that would have been sooo boring and unrealistic!! I give this movie 2 thumbs way up for giving me something I can relate to, for being such a straightforward story about love, letting go, putting happiness first, etc.OUAT drawing from “Loving Annabelle” also holds up in other areas.
The best part.the super hot sex scene! Now, now yes it was HOT but I loved it because like the movie, it to was straightforward, passionate, necessary. It's an amazing, well-written story that I can relate to being the product of Catholic schooling. The only movie I could actually relate to up until now was "All Over Me" If you haven't seen it.go rent it!! Loving Annabelle is such a straightforward love story that fortunately doesn't involve lesbian circus performers or travelin' hippie painters. I've never really been a fan of "lesbian" movies because I could never get into the story lines or characters they've all seemed a bit over the top. After hearing the "buzz" surrounding this movie, I finally got my chance to see Loving Annabelle at its premiere in San Jose this weekend (hooray for my girlfriend for scoring tickets to the sold out show!) I've never written a review before but I really dig this movie, so I will do my best! My initial reaction after watching was.they finally got it right, more specifically, writer Katherine Brooks got it right.
